We give you a choice of three variants of covering the tank while maintaining its tightness.
The roof is made as a self-supporting structure, supported on Z type steel beams with a slope towards the center of the tank. Roof covering insulated from roof sandwich panels with a core of mineral wool or PIR protected from the inside with a coating suitable for contact with drinking water. Appropriately designed and profiled tongue-and-groove type locks, ensure very good tightness and quick installation.
The roof is made of polyester-glass laminate with layered construction of polyester resin and fiberglass. The mats and fabrics used for the construction of the roofing are qualitatively in accordance with the current Polish standards, or the standards of the European Union countries. The laminate layer on the side of the atmosphere is characterized by long-term resistance to UV rays and weather conditions. On the interior side, in turn, is characterized by long-term resistance to the effects of compounds and their condensates emitted under the overhead.
We also supply tanks with a roof in the form of a truncated cone. The supporting structure of the roof is steel, consisting of cassettes forming the side and keystone. The trapezoidal cassettes are made of steel, bolted between each other along the edges of the butt joints. The roof keystone is also steel, welded, and consists of a circular ring and vertical ribs evenly spaced on the outside of the ring. The roof structure is bolted. The roof is supported on the tank shell on a perimeter angle bracket.
