Planning
The JRtech company takes an active part in the process of planning the inclusion of the tank in the planned fire protection system, both in terms of sanitary, electrical and I&C. We offer the preparation of a complete construction plan, executive planning and workshop documentation. We assist in obtaining a building permit by handling the service comprehensively.
Delivery
The basic scope of JRtech's delivery service includes delivery with unloading:
- tank shell structure;
- the structure of the tank roof with its cover;
- EPDM sealing membrane;
- thermal insulation;
- tank heating monitoring system;
- ladders, roof inspection hatch;
- a set of technological hoses with the necessary fittings *;
* Note - pipes routed in the foundation are outside the scope of standard tank delivery. At the customer's request, we are able to prefabricate the wires and deliver them to the construction site, issuing guidelines for their assembly.
Assembly
The tank is assembled using external hydraulic jacks by lifting the tank structure in sequences with the simultaneous installation of internal insulation and EPMD membrane. After completing the assembly of the tank structure, we proceed to the assembly of other equipment, i.e. process lines, water fittings, heaters and an electrical switchboard with cabling.
Tightness test
After completing the assembly, the tank is ready to be filled and tested for leaks. According to the industry standard, the duration of the leak test for tanks with non-absorbent walls is 24 hours.
Starting electrical devices
After filling the tank, we calibrate and check the correct water level indications, the correct operation of the heaters and communication with the superior fire protection system. We make electrical measurements.
Training and instruction manual
After the assembly of the tank, we train the facility administrators on how to perform basic checking activities, e.g. daily, weekly, monthly. How to react to emergency states of work and what periodical services should the device be subjected to.
Post-completion documentation
After the construction is completed, JRtech will prepare and provide as-built documentation with the necessary approvals and declarations.
Warranty Card
Along with the completed construction and acceptance, we provide a warranty card for the product and its service. The warranty indicates the activities that should be performed to properly protect the tank and maintain an effective warranty.
